Terms & Conditions

Please ensure you have read and understood all policies before booking.

We try our best to be clear with our clinic policies, procedures and t's & c's. Please contact us if you would like further clarification for any of the following.

Booking Fee / Deposit

A 30% booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from total amount at time of appointment. Deposit is non-refundable and will be redeemed if a cancellation or change (including no-shows) is made within 48 hours of the appointment time. This includes prepaid appointments (appointment forfeited) as any rescheduling within this policy window is considered a cancellation.

You can manage/change your appointments online via the link in your appointment confirmation email if it's still outside of the 48 hour cancellation window. 

Promo Codes

Promo codes are not valid with any other offer or discount (including Prepay Bundles). Minimum spend $250. New appointments only - code cannot be applied to an existing appointment. Promo codes are valid for online bookings only.

Prepaid Packages

Prepay & save bundles are available for any appointment worth $200 and over. Minimum of 4 sessions. All sessions must be completed within 6 months of original appointment. Prepaid packages are non-refundable.

Please note: cancellation policy still applies for any no-shows or last minute cancellations of pre-paid appointments, resulting in forfeiting the appointment.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can not be exchanged for cash. MAKaesthetics is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards. When booking online, use voucher code at checkout to use towards booking fee/deposit. Cancellation Policy applies.

Payment Options

Afterpay & Zip available. Multiple EFT transactions for the one appointment will incur a 7% fee.

Children

For safety considerations, and to maintain a high level of service, we have implemented a no children policy in the clinic. Babies and infants that are secured in a pram are still welcome.

No-show Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, and we have not heard from you or are unable to make contact with you, this is considered a no-show and you will be required to prepay all future bookings with us if you wish to continue with future treatments. 

Changes, Cancellations & Late Policy

Arriving late will result in a shortened treatment time if it is under 15 minutes. Anything beyond 15 minutes will result in the cancellation of your appointment and booking fee/deposit redeemed. Last minute changes to your appointment on the day of your appointment will still require payment for the originally booked service/s.
