How do I prepare for my appointment?
Before
Ensure you are well hydrated, drink at least 2L of water the day before your appointment with us. Avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior. For any facial treatments, please arrive to your appointment without makeup, if possible.

It is important to drink a minimum of 2L water every day for at least 3 days post treatment. Add-on services such as Vacuum Detox Therapy, Red Light & Infrared or Fascia Release are beneficial to assist your body's detoxification process.
